TELE - CLASSES / GROUP COACHING
 Tele-classes are a great way to experience coaching for a small investment of time and money with a huge return on inspiration.

Tele-classes are 55-minute telephone conference calls (made possible through a bridge line service). Tele-classes are held for a small or large group of individuals or couples who are interested in learning more about a specific topic. Although the sharing is more limited on a call with many people, the results are high in energy and rich in information.

A group call can be as small as 3 to 8 people and as large as 30-100 people. You may choose to form small groups with some of your own friends or co-workers and schedule group sessions fitting the personal needs concerning topic and time. One of the favorite features for Tele-classes is the convenience to call from home, office or even from a mobile phone anywhere. Course descriptions follow:

Personal Foundation

This is an ongoing course with a minimum of two months commitment, starting again March of 2002. Sessions are held the first and third week of every month. Through a better personal foundation life will become more sustainable, easier and more rewarding. You will start to strengthen every part of your personal and professional life. What you can expect from the Personal Foundation coaching course:

  • Your priorities will change. The view on what is and what is not important in life might change considerably.
  • Your friends/community will upgrade.
  • You will take better care of yourself.
  • You will have more energy.
  • Your life will get simpler, easier and less stressful.

This and more will be achieved by clearing up the past, eliminating draining relationships and habits which deplete you of energy. You will also learn about Self-care, how to see yourself differently, create new boundaries, restore integrity, deepen your support network, living by attraction and magnetism versus "trying hard". You will learn to do what you really love to do!

Bonding Within the Family

This is an ongoing course and requires a minimum of two months commitment, starting again March of 2002. Sessions are held the second and fourth week of every month. The course is designed to give parents a deeper perspective on the degree of bonding with their children. Also habits and communications patterns are examined with the intention to evaluate what is healthy and productive for the family as a whole. There is special attention paid to assist parents to understand and deal with their "difficult" child(ren).

We have discovered when children don't respond well to parents it is often because of deep hurt from long-standing issues, which could not be expressed or resolved. Often the parents and the child have vague awareness of the event(s) from the past that brought on the detachment. Through good communication skills and healing actions on the side of the parents, trust will be regained and an atmosphere of safety is created for the child to allow these feelings to emerge for resolution.

Life Skills for Teens (15 and up)

This is an ongoing course twice a month, attended by teenagers throughout the country. The goal of the course is to prepare young adults for their future responsibilities and relationships. We ask for a three-month commitment.

Teenagers will go through teachings, coaching and sharing on the subjects of:

  • Self discovery, Talents, Hobbies and Dreams
  • Self-care
  • Etiquette and Protocol
  • Life Mapping
  • Bonding within the family
  • Friendship and Dating
  • Communication Skills and Conflict Resolution
  • Building a financial basis for life
  • Living on three levels, family and community -- a school of love
  • Love/ Sex/ Intimacy
  • Importance of Traditions
  • 5 Languages of Love
  • ...and more

Investment:

$12 per child per month
or $21 per month per family, if more than one teenager is participating in the call.
