I am a Personal Life Coach focusing on personal growth and relationships in the family. Prior to developing my own practice I trained for 10 years with a psychotherapist and author whose specialty dealt with core family issues. Working in concert with my teacher, I have coached many parents to restore bonding and loving in the relationships with family members. I have mentored hundreds of individuals in crises. I am confident in helping parents regain the trust of their children, who have detached or dissociated from the family unit.

It is very rewarding to witness not only the healing of parents and children through major changes in families but also where parents simultaneously achieve more bonding as a couple. I must also speak from personal experience. My husband and I are successfully applying the same paradigms and healing processes in our own family, raising our three children, ages 12-18.

My experience in individual and family healing work for many years has taught me that the majority of people struggle with similar patterns of beliefs and behaviors in their lives, ending up with the same disappointments over and over. I firmly believe that every person has many gifts and talents inside, and that everybody can make remarkable shifts and develop inspired lives, using their life challenges as strengthening opportunities.

The way I work with people is helping to uncover "the WHO" within in order to get "the WHAT" we want. My reward is to see my clients happy with their new choices. It is my job to guide those who are ready to live a passionate life and who have the desire to discover their dream, to accomplish their goal, and to leave a legacy. My listening skills set me apart from ordinary people; I am incredibly focused when I listen, and I offer reflection and feedback with clarity and honesty. I am also intuitive, sensitive to the unspoken needs and unmet yearnings expressed in the tones and music of the voice.

Each of us needs somebody to challenge us, cheer us on, believe in us. I, myself, am a coach with a passion.
